My stay at the hotel was good. The room was smaller than expected from the photos, but it had a Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch. The price range was around $140 to $160. The location was great, being centrally located in the city. However, there were a few service issues with the reception desk deactivating my room key twice.

The hotel is in a pleasant part of the city with some good not too expensive restaurants nearby and offers a nice walk to a park, the waterfront, and Elizabeth Quay. The rooms are large with two king-sized beds, comfy chairs, and a reasonable desk, perfect for a night's stay. The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. However, it's unfortunate that the dining experience could be improved with better replenishment of food items and less waiting time. The location is great within walking distance of the city center, Elisabeth Quay, and various eateries, providing easy access to the free cat bus service. Value for money is considered decent with the buffet breakfast offering a full range of choices.
